What type of employee data does BLOOM store?

  • Basic contact information (Name, Address, Phone, etc) - There are many optional fields such as Drivers ID.
  • We DO NOT store SSN.
  • Role Titles/Role History
  • Wage History
  • Employee Goals
  • Employee Reviews and Manager Feedback
  • Any employee uploads, such as PDF, Word Documents, etc.
