HARDWARE

Intermedia maintains redundant connections for hardware failures. In the unlikely event that Intermedia suffers a hardware/connectivity outage, our data would be routed to another data center and we would experience minimal downtime.

PROGRAM/DATA FILES

Backup System 1: All databases/program files/data files are automatically backed up by Intermedia on Daily Differential Backup, 1 week

Backup System 2: All databases/program files/data files are manually backed up weekly by the BLOOM team and remotely stored on a secured data storage system.
